*CA SELLER'S PERMIT*
Don't forget! If you do not already have a California Seller's Permit, you will need to file for a Temporary Seller's Permit. This documentation is required in order to exhibit at the SF Zine Fest. This is a quick and easy process that only takes about 10 minutes.
Due to California Board of Equalization (BOE) policy, Temporary Seller's Permits are only issued within 30 days of its date of intended use; in essence, this means you cannot sign up for a Temporary Seller's Permit until August.
Once you have been confirmed as an exhibitor the SFZF Team will be sending additional information on registering for a Temporary Seller's Permit in July, including a step-by-step guide to submitting the BOE application. If you have any questions about obtaining a Temporary Seller's Permit for the SF Zine Fest, please reach out to us through our Contact page and we will provide you with our best insights as possible.
